Nate Chivis has been an artist from the time he could hold a pencil. He knew early on that he wanted to pursue a career as a tattoo artist, even spending his senior year of high school doing a research project on the ancient art. Soon after high school he began his formal apprenticeship in 2005. Since then, Nate has spent his days trying to improve his skills in the craft. His black and gray realism has earned him a couple awards; but Nate tries to be well versed in all areas of tattooing.
